Dear Friends and Bike Tour Participants,

After 10 years of serving Boston tourists I still love what I do. Who could ask for a better job, riding a bike everyday and showing your friends around the city! That is me above holding my little buddy, Tiger. Ok, he looks big, but it's just a bad angle! He weighs less than 25 lbs! Boston Bike Tours is a family business, with the help of friends, and associates, I have been able to host thousands of people from across the country, and around the world, on personalized bike tours. Boston Bike Tours started in 1999, and for the last ten years it has been a pleasure to share the city I love (Boston!), in a way that no other tour can. On a Boston Bike Tour one simply gets on a bike, cruises around the city, makes stops where your guide (mainly me) points out places of interest, and recites historical knowledge. Added benefits include getting some fresh air, and a little exercise while touring the city. Don't worry, I try to avoid ripping through heavy traffic. If you can ride a bike, and are able to start and stop frequently, then you are able to take a Boston Bike Tour. I have worked very hard to develop a variety of tours that feature many parts of the local area. All of our tours are exploratory adventures in Boston on tried bike routes, that utilize quiet side streets, pathways, and parks. I can honestly say that there is no better way to see Boston than on a bike. My comprehensive tours will get you into the heart of Boston, where Bostonians live and play. Best of all, bike tours are environmentally friendly and are an excellent alternative to ridding in a fossil fuel vehicle through stop and go traffic.

Piper (Rhodesian Ridgeback) Piper is the real brains behind Boston Bike Tours. An avid bike chaser, Piper guards the truck, checks tire pressure, keeps all squirrels away from the stand, and is able to get her owner to drop everything to take her on a walk. Her desire to be with the boss is second only to hunting furry little critters, and begging for treats.   This is her what are you eating pose!
